HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

PAYMENT METHODS
1. COD - when the order is picked up in store withing two business days after order is placed.
2. PayPal – To pay by PayPal a link will be sent to your email address with the order total, inclusive of an admin processing fee of 3%.
HOW MUCH IS FREIGHT/SHIPPING?
1. Freight depends on the total weight of the items and the country it is shipping to. Freight can be prepaid or the items can be sent shipping collect on account via FedEx, DHL or UPS where applicable.
Please note that special custom orders may be subject to freight charges.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
1. Once your "Caribbean or International" order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. When you open the email you will be able to click on the underlined more details to get the most recent information on your order.
DO I HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
1. We don't have a minimum but keep in mind shipping charges may not make small orders worthwhile. You can always check the actual freight charges before checking out with payment.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF BARBADOS?
1. Yes we do. We ship throughout the Caribbean primarily. We also ship using FedEx, DHL and UPS where applicable. We do ship internationally.
2. We are unable to ship liquids or any other item containing flammable or hazardous materials.

1. We are available for support by phone, online chat support and email from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (AST), Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays (AST). Our online website and ordering is accessible 24/7.
