Shipping policy

LOCAL ORDERS

All orders required for same day collection between Monday-Friday must be submitted by 12 pm and collected by 4:00 pm.

All orders required for same day collection on Saturdays must be submitted by 10 am and collected by 12:00 pm.

All orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.

All orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following business day.

 

CARIBBEAN / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders will be processed and shipped within (2-3) business days using DHL, FedEx etc. Orders will be sent via collect shipment terms unless otherwise advised, if any unexpected delays occurring prior to shipment, you will be notified by e-mail. After the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all the relevant tracking, processing fees and customs clearances in the destination country. In addition, any costs incurred to orders as a result of the order being returned due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied on the checkout screen will be the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of KRB Sourcing & Supply. (Also, shipping charges will be calculated after orders have been placed and fulfilled, freight charges will be billed to the customer where applicable or if required.)
